Validity:
This certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It is non-refundable, but dates may be modified according to availability and applicable policies.

Special Holiday Periods:
Stays during special holidays such as Christmas, New Year’s, Thanksgiving, and other peak periods may be booked at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply during peak-demand dates, including but not limited to the following: January 15–17, January 22–24, January 29–31 February 5–21, February 26–March 1 2026.

Gift Transfer Option:
This certificate may be gifted to another person. To process the transfer, please get in touch with our Call Center and provide the full details of the recipient before the reservation is confirmed.

Any expenses not specified in this certificate are the responsibility of the recipient. This includes, but is not limited to: additional transportation, spa gratuities, extra meals, incidental charges, premium items (clearly identified on menus), room service charges (if applicable), restaurant gratuities, and purchases made at the Palmita Deli Market.

    After buying your Travel Certificate, you have one year to contact us and make it valid. The process is easy; just make sure to follow the next steps:

    1. Select the travel dates you wish to stay at our resort in Nayarit.
    2. Explore the room categories available with your certificate and let your call center agent know where you want to stay. This must be a Junior or One-Bedroom Suite.
    3. Contact our Call Center agents at US or CAN 800 831 1191 or private-sale@villagroup.com. They will help you book or select new travel dates in case the ones chosen are not available.
    4. Let our agents know whether you wish to make an all-inclusive or room-only reservation.
    5. Enjoy your stay at a special rate that is available to you only!

    How do I purchase a Travel Certificate?

    To buy a certificate, you must enter our website and get it there; however, the redeeming process must be done through our Call Center at 800-831-1191 (US or Canada) or at private-sale@villagroup.com. They will help you complete the process!

    Is there a limited time to use it?

    Yes! But you have plenty of time, as you have one year to make it valid. So, start planning today!

    How many nights can I stay?

    Between 3 and 4 nights to make the reservation valid.

    What rooms are available?

    The Deluxe Suite and the One-Bedroom Suite. Subject to availability.

    Can I stay with all my family?

    Of course! Just keep in mind that the maximum capacity per room in our Private Sale offer is 2 adult guests. You can add more kids or adults to your reservation. However, doing so incurs extra costs.

    Is the Certificate transferable?

    Yes. If your Certificate has not been used previously, it can be transferred. Ask Call Center agents if this is your case!

    Is the Travel Certificate all-inclusive or room-only?

    You can choose either option. The All-Inclusive plan includes meals, drinks, and activities for you and your group. The European Plan includes only your room.

    Can I stay at another resort?

    Travel certificates are only valid at Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit; they cannot be transferred to other resorts within The Villa Group Resorts & Spas.

    Does the Certificate include a special rate?

    Yes! The main benefit of purchasing a travel certificate is that you get special rates that are only available for this type of booking.

    What are the advantages?

    With a certificate, you can buy today and choose your travel dates later in the year. It also includes special rates at Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit.

    What are the inclusions of the European Plan?

    Just your room! Meals and drinks are not included. You have access to some activities, while others have an additional cost.

    Does the All-Inclusive Plan include many things?

    Yes! You get your room, meals and drinks, resort activities, and extra amenities, among other great perks!

    Can I add people to my reservation?

    Yes, at an additional cost. Additional restrictions may apply, which you can check with our Call Center agents.

    Are travel certificates refundable?
